Science

Science is the process people use to learn about and interact with the natural world. In PAISD students engage in inquiry-based science instruction to learn to apply critical thinking skills as they interact with the world around them allowing them to make informed decisions in real-world situations.

Elementary Science

Elementary science is taught in grades K-5 and includes the nature of science, cross-cutting concepts, and processes standards in four broad categories as mandated by the Texas Education Agency (TEA).
