Special Dietary Requests

Below is the required form to turn into the school cafeteria or nurse for students with special dietary requests.

Note: On every campus except Wheatley, we implement Offer vs. Serve (OVS.) This practice allows students to select three menu items to be served alongside a mandatory side of fruit or vegetables.

This is our most effective way of avoiding food allergens and lactose intolerance concerns.
