hello Port Arthur Independent School District today will looking at a video for administrators so our principals assistant principals instructional coaches supervisors executive orders anyone that will be checking lesson plans or looking over lesson plans this video is for you so we're going to Jump Right In Astoria federal district homepage www. Org we're sort of a quick links and will navigate to edger for you first screen that you will be visited by is a login screen simply enter your username and password username will usually be to be meaning of your email address and your password will usually be the password for your email now once you log into it before you successfully you will see a landing page you going to navigate to for thought as an administrator you will notice that the first thing you are welcome by is a screen that has all the teachers that are currently on your campus do you happen to notice that there are individuals or staff members that are no longer on your campus or you don't see any pictures that are on your campus please give the technology department an email or navigate to the hilt des and fill out a work order and we will they did list for you once you have navigated to this green you can now look at each teacher on your campus to check their lesson plans you will see a complete list of all staff members that are in edging for you to view lesson plans you simply start off by checking the day that you want to see their plans once you selected a you click on that individual and you'll be able to see if they have any and plans available online for you to locate now because we're this video is made during the beginning of the year you probably don't have any lesson plans in there currently because we are in the beginning of a year but if we go back and look at a campus dad on the previous month during this year we can see that this teacher for example did have some lesson plans inside the system you also notice administrators that they said to let the teacher has enter lesson plans the day will be bold this normally is an indication that a lesson plan was interred on that day you simply click on the day and you're able to see that teachers lesson plan you also can click on the icon that is a symbol of a calendar you click on that and you have three options the option that you want to select is view week's plans you still like that and you'll see the plans for a week if you simply navigate over to the calendar I uh section click on the first day of the week it will also give you the week you will get bars that allow you to scroll left right you also get bars that'll help you to scroll up and down if you want to go back to the single view de simply click on the day that you would like to see click twice and it will bring you back to that day now you ready team members teachers on your campus that have made a team lesson plan no problem administrators let's lock let's navigate over to the left hand panel locate B section that says few teams click that and you will see all the teams that have been created on your campus simply click on the team and you're able to see the lesson plan remember administrators always look for the day that is bold that let you know that a lesson plan don't normally work was a sign or a credit on that day if we should go back to a month what we had students and teachers at school we're probably noticed that there are lesson plans that are available on that day if you need to go back to a individual teachers lesson plan simply locate the same area that had create a team or few team lesson plans simply click on view teachers and you will go back to the section where you can see teachers lesson plans Mountain reporting face administrators you would like to generate a report that let you know how many people turned in a lesson plan no problem at all locate the tabs on the left hand corner of your page and click on the tab that says reports you will see 3 reports standard coverage lesson plan lesson status report and checklist users report let's start off with the middle one lesson status report click on lesson status report you will be visited by a new landing page select the week that you would like to see will select a week back in March 18th click on the school normally you only see the school that you have access to slip is simply click on submit report and is Euphoria would generate a report the report will show you how many people are how many teachers are individuals completed a lesson plan for that week that is noted by Green check on the day how did week did they entered a lesson plan simple Report with very effective another report that you might use as standard coverage this can narrow down if you would like to see only particular great levels or subject areas again select the date that you want to review the lesson plan in Wilson Lake 1819 the school the course I'll let you go down to what course you want to see let's just say I just want to love you English one so if you could submit report and Euphoria would now generate a report based on the information that you selected in the Wizard please be patient the software is web-based sometime it makes a committed with the program to generate a report once a report is generated if there's any danger to see it would show you this case we didn't recovery in a lot of information because of the type of information we entered in a report these are the two most commonly used reports you also have report name label checklist users report this report is basically generate the same way as our standard lesson status report Cynthia click on the date that you would like to view they report on the school hit submit and there's a Ford will automatically generate a report with information if there's any information that can be obtained based on the credentials that you said and you can see the DD generation me information on check usage usage report if you would like to go back to the lesson plan section of edger for you simply click back on the lesson plan it would bring you back to your home screen for
