May, Hopkins Named in District Superlatives

Lazarus May (12), defensive lineman, was named defensive MVP. During this past season, May finished the
season with 59 total tackles, 12 of which were sacks. In addition, he is responsible for 29 tackles for losses, 3
forced fumbles, 11 quarterback pressures, a safety and a touchdown.

Javontae Hopkins (12) was named one of two outstanding special teams players of the year. Hopkins was a force
to be reckoned with this season as both an offensive and defensive player. His stats include 5 interceptions with
3 becoming touchdowns, and a 55 yard returned punt for a Titan touchdown.
